Are you Pasifika?Yes! Signe is Kanaka Maoli (Native Hawaiian), but was raised in Colorado and Jenna is Rotuman (a small island near Fiji) and was raised in Utah. This makes us both Pacific Islander, Polynesian, and raised in the Diaspora!

What payment methods do you accept?We accept credit/debit cards, venmo, and paypal. Your payment information is processed securely, and we take your privacy seriously.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact info@pasifikapua.com as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you have a return or exchange policy?Yes, we have a 7-day return/exchange policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email jenna.schulz@pasifikapua.com within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible. For more details, please visit our returns & exchanges page.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?We strive to ensure that all of our products arrive in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately info@pasifikapua.com. We’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
